Forms
Active participation in the Association provides
ample opportunities for professional networking and
leadership and affords each member professional growth.
Informative workshops and seminars provide for the
exchange of ideas and offer new problem-solving
techniques to the membership. ALTA is affiliated with
the National Association of Lease and Title Analysts
(NALTA) which sponsors an annual conference and a
voluntary certification program.
Conferences are usually held in fall at various
locations throughout the United States. ALTA hosts a
certification review / exam one or more times annually
in Houston.
Other benefits include the publication of a
newsletter keeping the membership informed on
association activities and industry updates. In
addition, a membership directory is provided in late
spring with updates in the fall. Social activities
provided allow members and guests to interact at
informal gatherings. ALTA also provides members access
to a job bank.

Active membership is open to anyone who has been
primarily involved in lease and / or title work for a
period of more than 3 years or who supervises a lease
and / or title analyst. For analysts primarily involved
in lease and / or title work less than 3 years or those
in a related industry or position, associate memberships
are available.

Print out the ALTA Renewal/Application from the
website (at the bottom of this page). Complete the
application and forward to P O Box noted below. All new
members will be required to have two sponsors from the
following sources: Active ALTA members; someone in the
energy industry; and/or Affidavit of employment. Please
have these sponsors sign in the appropriate blanks on
the application form.
If you wish to join NALTA at the same time, you can
print our membership application form located on our
website. Complete the application and forward it with
your ALTA application to the address shown on the ALTA
application form with your check in the amount of $85.00
($45.00 – NALTA; $40.00 – ALTA).
Please fill out BOTH FORMS LEGIBLY.
Mailing Instructions:
Mail completed form(s) along with check for dues made
payable to ALTA, Attn: Membership Director, P. O. Box
61323, Houston, TX 77208-1323. ALTA will forward NALTA
dues and renewal forms to the national level.
If you are renewing membership to NALTA only, please
mail your check to NALTA, P. O. Box 61056, Houston, TX
77208-1056.

If you missed the renewal deadline of March 31st you are no longer a member of the Association.
However, you may use the Lapsed Membership Reinstatement
form to rejoin the Association. Follow the forms
link above for the form.
